If you are purchasing or buying livestock please be sure to read the Livestock Buyers Agreement and the Warranty
& Return Policy in full PRIOR to visiting our farm or before you make any purchase.

·         Cancellations: Due to the nature of our products we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once
        you have placed your order and livestock have been shipped.

·         We Do Not Accept Returns Of Animals. No Exceptions

·         We Do Not Offer Credits or Refunds in Part Or Whole. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL

·         We Do Not Warranty Animals

·         We assume no responsibility with livestock once it leaves our farm.

·         All Animals Are Sold Healthy And As Is.

·         We Ship Only 100% Healthy Animals Or We Will Not Ship Them.

·         You and or the carrier you hire are responsible for the health and safety of livestock purchased once it leaves our farm.

·         Due To Health Concerns And For The Safety Of Our Herds & Flocks, We Can Not Accept Returns Under ANY
        Circumstances once it leaves our farm
