V-4 FARMS' POULTRY EGG

Table egg or poultry egg is particularly rich in nitrogenous elements. It is one of the most highly concentrated forms of
nitrogenous food. Studies have shown that is also a good source of protein, Vitamin A, riboflavin, Vitamin B-12, iron, zinc,
phosphorus, calcium, and potassium.

The average weight of an egg produced at V-4 Farms is about two to three ounces. The outer shell is distinctively white in color.  
Approximately 10% consists of shell, 60% of white, and 30% of yolk. Assorted sizes range from small, medium, large, extra
large and jumbo.

Table egg is commonly consumed as food. It is also used as ingredient for desserts like pastries,  pies, cakes and other
gourmet delicacies. Sometimes it is processed as salted egg.
